We met on Match.com in August, 2009.  Matthew found Molly and sent her a message (Subject: Hi kitten), and she was instantly intrigued.

Our first date was a walk down the Esplanade, and sit in the park with a secret bottle of wine.  Our second date was only two days later: we squeezed in breakfast before work so we would make sure to see each other again before Molly left on a two week trip.

After returning to Boston a few weeks later, there were more dates.  There was a first kiss.  Dinners out.  Nights in.  Airstreams and hammocks and long walks together.

Matthew realized what we had first.  By late fall he was talking about moving in together.  By Christmas, Molly knew this was real too.  By spring it was serious.

Matthew bought us a home and we moved in just a few days shy of our first anniversary.

We started to build our life together.  We nested and compromised.  We had celebrations with family and friends.  We had adventures. We had bad days.  We mostly had good days.

In February 2012 we rescued Tony McAwesomePants.  He added to our life immeasurably!

And on January 1, 2013, we were engaged!
